Renee is a wife, mom of three, hairstylist, IFBB Pro Figure Competitor, powerlifter, and active leader in several Christian ministries and non-profits. She understands the challenge of balancing health and fitness with a busy life-and she's living proof it can be done.
Renee began her fitness journey in 2017 and stepped on stage for the first time in 2019. She earned her SNBF Pro card in 2020, winning several pro shows, and went on to earn her IFBB Pro card in 2024. As a coach, she's helped clients achieve national qualifications, overall wins, and even earn their own SNBF Pro cards.
She's a certified personal trainer who specializes in competition prep and physique development. Renee offers in-person coaching as well as flexible online programs designed for competitors or anyone looking to improve their health, strength, or physique.
She also provides posing coaching for Figure, Women's Physique, Women's Bodybuilding, Men's Classic Physique, and Bodybuilding divisions. Renee believes fitness is for everyone, no matter where you're starting from.
